Refunds and Returns

1. What if I want to return my products? You can return products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of your order. Print off the return label and send your items back. Once your items and original receipt are received at head office you will be fully reimbursed for the items returned. If you do not have the original receipt you will be refunded the current retail or sale price of the items returned. You will be responsible for shipping charges for the returned products unless the products were defective or damaged when you received them. Please contact us with any concerns or questions about refunds.

2. What if my product is defective or damaged when I receive it? Please contact us immediately if there are any concerns with the arrival of your product. We would expect to hear from you within the delivery times indicated above. Products that leave our warehouse are checked for damages prior to shipment.
