1. How does online shopping work? Visit our “Shop” page and click on the image “Shop Online“. Browse our products by clicking on the image or product title. You will see a detailed description and image. Click through the numbers under the image to view other styles of the same product. Choose your style by clicking on the drop down box (right hand side) and clicking the style you would like to purchase. Continue shopping or click on checkout to complete your purchase.

Use the category menu on the right hand side to choose product categories. You can also choose to view all of the products, sale products, and new products. You can also use the “search” box to search for name brands, styles and/or product types.

2. How does payment work? Online payment will be made through Paypal which accepts major credit cards. Paypal is a secure online payment option that keeps your information confidential. Visa, MasterCard and Cash are accepted at all of our events and exclusive shopping visits.

3. How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges in Canada are as follows:

0.01 – 19.99 = $8.00 in shipping charges

20.00 – 49.99 = $10.00 in shipping charges

50.00 – 99.99 = $ 12.00 in shipping charges

> 100.00 = $ 13.00 in shipping charges

Packages are shipped Canada Post. Currently we do not ship internationally. Please contact us for shipping charges to the U.S.

4. How long until my products arrive?  Deliveries in Alberta will arrive within approximately 3- 5 business days. Deliveries outside of Alberta will arrive within approximately 4- 9 business days. If you require expedited services please contact us.

5. What if I want to return my products? You can return products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of your order. Print off the return label and send your items back. Once your items and original receipt are received at head office you will be fully reimbursed for the items returned. If you do not have the original receipt you will be refunded the current retail or sale price of the items returned. You will be responsible for shipping charges for the returned products unless the products were defective or damaged when you received them. Please contact us with any concerns or questions about refunds.

6. What if my product is defective or damaged when I receive it? Please contact us immediately if there are any concerns with the arrival of your product. We would expect to hear from you within the delivery times indicated above. Products that leave our warehouse are checked for damages prior to shipment.
